TERMS AND CONDITIONS

QUANTITIES
There are no minimum order numbers for invitations
Minimum number for favours starts from 20 uinits

SAMPLES
As samples are made to order, I charge the same as the regular card rate, plus postage/packaging

PAYMENT, AMENDMENTS AND DELIVERY
To secure an order, full payment is required
Inserts will be sent to you before printing for you to "proof" read
Please check THOROUGHLY
I will require your signature on your final proof before I proceed
 Once your payment has been received, I will start your order
If you wish to put any amendment through or find that the information you have supplied
to me has been incorrect, and the inserts have been produced,
 a charge will be incurred for any changes that need to be processed
 These extra charges will be invoiced to you before the changes are put through

My turnover is approximately two/three weeks for completion,
but please allow longer during the busy season or stock ordering

Most items are post by Special Delivery or Parcel Force to secure next day delivery
and compensation should there be any postal issues
Cards to treasure does not take responsibility for lost items, but will do the very best to help if this occurs

ORDER OF SERVICE
It is your responsibility to gain permission from the copyright holder of any hymns and prayers for reprinting
in the order of service booklets
 Please ensure you do so before passing the details on to me
Cards to Treasure will not be held responsible for breaches in copyright

HANDCRAFTED
Please note that all stationery is individually handcrafted therefore slight variations
may occur from the sample shown

CANCELLATIONS
Your stationery is personalised for your individual requirements
  For this reason refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty
 Any discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt;
if such notification is not received no refund or exchange will be granted

BUSINESS PROMOTION
My business name, telephone number, website and email are printed discreetly
on the back of invitations etc. This is a significant source for repeat orders
 If you have any objections to this please let me know when ordering

SAFETY
 Alot of the embellishments are tiny, so be aware if small children are handling the products
Cards to Treasure will take no responsibility or liability for any injury or harm cause
